If so, Chocolate & I, New York (CINY) wants you to join our volunteer team! Volunteers are our most important asset and the public face of CINY, performing a wide variety of tasks at all of our events. Without you, this chocolate week would not be possible.
From February 8th to the 14th, Chocolate & I, New York is giving you the unique opportunity to be exposed to the most innovative ideas in the world of chocolate, food & beverage, and interactive art, be inspired by the work of those who are making a real change in the world, and last but not least, get a taste some of the most culinary creations of top chefs and chocolatiers in town.
We are looking for fun-loving, energetic volunteers to help us this year. Volunteer positions include office greeters / waiters, production, ticket sales, hospitality, security, and more (full description attached). Volunteers will receive two tickets to the event of their choice as well as, well guess, CHOCOLATE!
Volunteers are asked to attend a 2 hour training session / welcome reception on Thursday, Feb. 4th from 6pm to 8pm. An overview of each specific duty and requirement for all volunteers will be presented.
